Do you make wedding cakes for Irish Traveller weddings?
Yes, and they are some of our favourite cakes to make. We have made showstopper cakes for many Traveller families, from fairytale castles to towering tiers with lights, and every design is made from scratch around you.
How big can you make a showstopper cake?
As big as you can dream it. Our showstoppers can go up to 13 tiers or more, with castles, curved staircases, illuminated separators, glowing archways, cascades of roses and golden carriages.
Are showstopper cakes real cake all the way through?
The display cake is made from dummy tiers, because a design this size is far too heavy for sponge to hold up. We supply real cutting cakes in boxes, delivered with your showstopper, so there is plenty of fresh cake for all your guests. Real cake can sometimes be set under the largest tier too.
Do we keep the showstopper cake?
Showstoppers are hired. We deliver and assemble the cake at your venue, then come back the day after your wedding to collect the display tiers. All the real cake is left for you and your guests to enjoy.
Do you deliver to Traveller weddings across Ireland?
Yes. We deliver and set up across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, so your cake arrives and is assembled exactly as you imagined.
How far in advance should we book?
