How far in advance should we book our wedding cake?
As early as you can. Dates fill months in advance, especially summer Saturdays, so send us your date as soon as you have your venue booked.
How do we book?

Do you only make wedding cakes?
Wedding cakes are our speciality. They take up so much of our time we rarely have time to take on other projects. However, if you have another celebration in mind, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
Cakes and flavours
Can each tier be a different flavour?
Yes! Every tier can be a different flavour. See our full flavour menu.
Can we taste the cake before we book?
Yes absolutely. We have sample boxes available to order most weekends. Theyre £20 per box and can be collected from us in Lisburn or we can post
How big can you go?
From intimate two tier cakes to showstoppers of 13 tiers and more, complete with staircases and lights. Our serving guide helps you work out what size you need.
Do you make buttercream cakes?
Yes. We make smooth, textured and vintage piped buttercream cakes as well as classic finishes with sugar flowers. See our cakes.
Can you use fresh flowers?
Yes. We can decorate your cake with fresh flowers from your florist, faux flowers or pressed flowers.
Do you cater for allergies?
Our kitchen handles gluten, eggs, milk, soya and nuts, and some flavours contain alcohol, so we can't guarantee any cake is free from allergens. Please tell us about allergies before you order and we'll give you full allergen information.
Delivery and the big day
Do you deliver and set up the cake?
Yes, we deliver and set up wedding cakes at venues anywhere in Ireland. Read about delivery and set up.
What does our venue need to do?
Give us access at the agreed time and have a sturdy, level table ready in a cool spot. Once the cake is set up, the venue takes care of it.
Will there be anything in the cake that isn't edible?
Tiered cakes contain supports such as dowels, and some decorations aren't edible. These must be removed before the cake is served, and we'll point them out to your venue.
Sample boxes
How much is a sample box?
A sample box is £20. Collection from our Lisburn showroom is free, or we can post it to you across the UK and Republic of Ireland for a small postage charge.
How do we pay for a sample box?
By bank transfer or Revolut. We'll email you the details when you order, and your order is confirmed once payment arrives.
Can we choose the flavours in our sample box?
Haley chooses a fresh selection of flavours for the box every week, so it's a lovely way to try flavours you might not have picked yourself. If there's one you're keen to try, keep an eye on next week's box.
